General Job Summary:

This is a part-time position (27.5 hours/week) located on the Emmetsburg Campus. The Print Services & Communications Assistant supports both Print Services and institutional communications at Iowa Lakes Community College. This position coordinates and fulfills print service requests, produces high-quality printed materials, supports direct mail and media communications, and assists with marketing and communications initiatives.


The position works collaboratively with college departments to ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, on schedule and in alignment with Iowa Lakes brand standards. The successful candidate will be customer-focused, detail-oriented, organized and comfortable managing multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment. May be required to travel utilizing personal vehicle. Must have valid driver's license, good driving record and be insurable.


Employment with Iowa Lakes Community College is dependent upon successful passage of a criminal background check. Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship. Minimum Qualifications:

Diploma or associate degree in related area and three years’ experience preferred. Experience in desktop publishing and Adobe Creative Suite beneficial; In Design, Photoshop, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher helpful. National Career Readiness Certificate preferred.


Salary:  $18.55 per hour
